However, your satisfaction matters to us! If you experience any issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, damage in transit, or a concern about quality — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or partial refund where appropriate.

Custom Orders:
All custom and personalised orders are non-refundable once confirmed and payment is received. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.

Cancellations:
For cancellations, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Orders cancelled later than this may not be eligible for a refund due to preparation time and ingredient costs.

📍 Local Delivery (London, UK Only)

We currently offer local delivery within London for cupcakes, cookies, and cakes.

• Delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday between 10 AM – 6 PM.

• Please allow 24–48 hours from order confirmation for delivery, depending on item type and schedule availability.

• Delivery charges apply and are calculated based on your postcode at checkout.

📦 Postal Delivery (Cookies Only)

We offer UK-wide postal delivery for cookies.

• Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class or a trusted courier.

• Please allow 2–3 business days for delivery after dispatch.

• Flat shipping fee applies at checkout.

• We package our cookies securely, but delays or damage due to postal service are out of our control. If you experience an issue, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
